Pricing

The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and do not include GST.

 

Specials and Hot Deals

 • All our Specials, Hotel Deals and Carton Price cannot be used with any other offer or discount.  Specials are applicable in New Zealand only and not available for overseas exports.

Our Delivery Policy

Quick delivery: We aim to dispatch the same working day as you place your order if received before 03:00p.m.

• Freight Charge Conditions: Free Freight on orders over $80 (excluded GST) for North Island / over $120 (excluded GST) for South Island.

  Rural delivery may incur an extra charge.
  Furniture and oversized products may incur an extra frieght charge.

• Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier. We will only deliver   within New Zealand. Any overseas deliveries to be arranged for and paid for by the customer.

Signature Required: All deliveries will require a signature unless specifically stated by you. Your signature constitutes acceptance of the goods as is and in good order.

Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 1 to 3 working days. Allow 3 working days for the South Island and an extra 2 days if you are in a rural      area.

Returns Policy: Items returned because it was ordered by mistake must be returned at the customer own expense and subject to cancellation fees for the return. Roommaster will not apply credit for returns that are not in a good condition. If goods are proven faulty or damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order. 

Overseas Orders

Customers will need to arrange payment and delivery before dispatch of goods.  We will only deliver to the shipping company within Auckland or the customer can arrange pickup from our Warehouse.  Customers will have to arrange all export documentation and request the export company to send us an email/letter with a copy of export entry documentation such as a Bill of Lading or Airway Bill.
