A highly efficient, broad spectrum, cationic germicide specifically formulated for post-clean disinfection of machines, floors, and walls in food processing plants and other critical areas.
DIRECTIONS:
MPI Approved C43 & Direct Inspected MPI Multi-site Facilities:
Open Hard Surface Sanitising: Use at a ratio of 1:100 (10ml per litre, 1% solution) to 1:200 (5ml per litre, 0.5% solution, 500PPM).
Foot Baths: Use at a ratio of 1:50 (20ml per litre, 2% solution, 2000PPM). Test strip verification recommended to ensure minimum QAC level of 400PPM is maintained.
Food Plant Area Hard Surface Foam Sanitising: Use at a ratio of 1:100 (10ml per litre, 1% solution).
Mould and Mildew Control: Use at a ratio of 1:20 to 1:5 (50-200ml per litre, 5-20% solution).
Application Instructions:
Clean the surface to be disinfected.
Dilute BAC-STOP with water according to the specified ratios.
Apply using a water blast (preferably with a foaming nozzle) or brush onto the surface.
Rinse off with water after application.
For fish processing applications, may be used at 1:200 dilution as a "no-rinse" sanitiser; ensure food contact surfaces are thoroughly drained.
Additional Notes:
Operators processing only fish may skip rinsing after application, but food contact surfaces must be well drained.
For other operators, food surfaces must be rinsed with potable water before production resumes.
Verify and adjust dilution rates according to site-specific QAC standards and testing programs.
Suitable for general non-food contact surfaces in a no-rinse capacity.
Avoid using in Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems to prevent detergent residue contamination.
Wipe incidental food contact surfaces with a clean, damp cloth or paper towel.
MPI APPROVED C101-87:
For no rinse sanitising on all food contact surfaces: 200ppm active QAC (2ml per litre of potable water or 1:500 parts potable water).
Non-MPI Approved / Inspected Facilities:
Dilute with potable water.
General Hard Surface Sanitising: Use at a ratio of 1:100 (10ml per litre, 1% solution, 1000PPM) to 1:500 (2ml per litre, 0.2% solution, 200PPM) with a minimum contact time of 1 minute.
Foot Baths: Use at a ratio of 1:50 (20ml per litre, 2% solution, 2000PPM).
Mould and Mildew Control: Use at a ratio of 1:20 to 1:5 (50-200ml per litre, 5-20% solution).
General hard surface sanitising Use at a ratio of 1:100 (10ml per litre, 1% soln). Foot baths Use at a ratio of 1:50 (20 ml per litre, 2% soln). Food plant foam sanitising Use at a ratio of 1:100 (10ml per litre, 1% soln). Mould and mildew control Use at a ratio of 1:20 - 1:5 (50-200ml per litre, 5-20% soln) May also be used to sanitise open work surfaces such as work tables that contact food, providing these can be rinsed and drained completely, in order to prevent pooling of detergent residues. Because the product contains QAC sanitiser, do not use as a Clean-In-Place (CIP) cleaner for enclosed systems, because pooling in such systems may lead to contamination by detergent residues.
