KEMSOL OXY SAFE – Oxygenated Safety Bleach

Versatile, effectively cleaning and sanitising textiles and removing stains and odours. It is also suitable for presoaking crockery, plastics, and cutlery in food service settings, ensuring hygienic results without chlorine and septic tank safe when used according to instructions. Always follow label instructions and conduct compatibility tests if uncertain.

For Textile Care:

• Presoak: Use at a ratio of 1:300 (30 grams/1 scoop per 10 litres) with warm to hot water. Increase amount for heavily soiled or stained garments. Allow to soak for at least 30 minutes before washing.
• Nappies: Soak in a similar solution, then rinse in water and dry in direct sunlight. For enhanced performance, use hot water (up to 80°C) if garment compatible. Not suitable for woollens, silks, or delicates. Safe on dye-fast coloured material. Always test on a small scale first if unsure of suitability.

For Food Service:

• Presoak: Use at a ratio of 1:220 (0.4% solution, 40 grams per 10 litres) of hot potable water. Allow items to soak for a minimum of 10-15 minutes, longer for stubborn stains. Rinse thoroughly after soaking to prevent carry-over to food. Ensure milk and food contact surfaces are thoroughly rinsed before resuming processing.

GOOD PRACTICE

TEXTILE CARE: Under Good Practice Protocol, a diluted solution of this product provides general biostatic effects using internationally recognized antibacterial agents. It is recommended to soak for a minimum of 15 minutes in hot water. At 1% concentration, this product provides 1000ppm of Hydrogen Peroxide.

As a presoak use OXY-SAFE at a ratio of 30 grams per 10 litres of warm water. Allow bed linen to soak for 3-4 hours before washing. As Kemsol has no control over the correct use or conditions under which this product is used or the method of application, no warranty, expressed or implied is made as to the effectiveness of, or damage arising from the use or misuse of this product. For heavily stained garments (ie grass stains) a re-wash after soaking may be required.
